Cancellation Policy
- SAFEERA does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
- Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order in case you are not happy with your purchase.
Returns
At SAFEERA, we make it our mission to ensure a great Experience using our products or services. As a policy we offer refund only due to non-availability of products, genuine quality/manufacturing defect or a wrong product delivered. However, we offer a 5 Day Exchange Policy on all apparels. If at any point within 5 Days of Receiving your Order you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us.
However, do note that after 5 days have gone by since receipt of your purchased item(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note depending on the situation we will either give you store credit or cash refund. That being said, please contact Customer Care within 2 days of receiving your parcel in case of any defect (e-mail us at info@safeera.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9599559320) and we’ll see what we can do. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by SAFEERA. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use
- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item which is requested for return more than 5 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message/email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@safeera.in and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.

To return the product back to us, either the customer can ship it back to us through any reputed courier company and share the tracking ID with us, alternatively if the customer wants Safeera to initiate the return, then there would be a nominal charge of Rs 200 only. Please note: Return shipping is borne by the customer.
