Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by SAFEERA. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)</p><p>- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use</p><p>- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling.</p><p>- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error</p><p>- Any item which is requested for return more than 5 days after delivery</p><p>Once we receive your return parcel, after reviewing it and if everything is in order we will immediately refund the amount or dispatch the exchange, as requested. A processing charge of ₹100/- will be charged upon returning the order. This process usually takes 15-20 working days.</p><h4>Refunds</h4><p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message/email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.</p><p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.</p><h4>Late or missing refunds</h4><p>If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
